Jiu Long Pai Kung Fu
Of all the many styles of Chinese martial arts, none are more famous or widely practiced than those which originate from the Shaolin Temple located on the Song Shan mountain in Northern China. Shaolin Kung Fu is characterized by being powerful, explosive, flexible, strong and vigorous. Many people do not realize, however, that Shaolin martial arts also have a soft side.
Shaolin practitioners strive to cultivate and strengthen their mind and will through the physical challenges of training in Kung Fu. They realize that perfection is an unachievable goal, but they continually strive for nothing less.
Shaolin training teaches on all aspects of martial arts; striking, take-downs, grappling, tumbling, breakfalling, weapons, pressure points, nerve attacks, strength and flexibility.
